Membership in CALL is by invitation only and requires the payment of annual dues.
Local CALL Chapters concentrate on three important elements: (i) foster a deep spiritual life and sanctity of its members; (ii) promote a deep love for the Church, the Pope and local Bishop by having members offer their availability and full support to their local Ordinary to work in service and educational projects; and iii) increase membership and participation to CALL’s national events.
The national office of CALL is working with and supporting other organizations to execute our agenda in the areas of education, mass media and public policy.
Each local chapter provides support to a partner organization that disseminates our Catholic values within our community. A few examples of the partnerships are:
- En Familia Radio
- Catholic Education Foundation at the local Diocese

A person does not have to be Hispanic to be a member, and CALL wholeheartedly welcomes individuals seeking a path to return to, grow in, or convert their faith.
